SOS has adopted the Bring Back a Smile Program to address the needs of patients who are seriously ill and, due to catastrophic medical expenses, cannot afford basic or emergency dental care. Follow up care, including routine cleanings, will be the patient’s responsibility. The individual grant will pay all or a portion of the patient’s total dental expenses that are needed & provided under recommendation of a dentist. Grants may be awarded for both already completed & urgently needed procedures and are paid directly to the provider or collection service.
