What is the Hope Store?
At the SOS Hope Store, you can get to know the people that need your help and donate to the ones that touch your heart. You can also #GiveHope™ by sponsoring items needed through the Share Hope program or by purchasing SOS merchandise! We verify each application and pay directly to the provider or collection agency to which the debt is owed, on behalf of the patient.
The Hope Store manages different programs for those with specific needs. Connection to Hope helps both the seriously and chronically ill pay their needed medical expenses. Bring Back a Smile provides financial assistance for those needing dental work and those who have had catastrophic dental expenses. Share Hope Now is a unique program that can help the seriously and/or chronically ill with specific needs such as home modification, food and clothing, transportation, home repair, and other basic needs. Finally, there is the #GiveHope Shop. This is our general merchandise store where you can purchase items to show your support for both SOS and the SOS Hope Store.
What does SOS do?
Samaritans Offering Support is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity dedicated to facilitating access to medical-related services that have the potential to significantly enhance either the clinical condition or the quality of life of the patient without regard to insurance. This “support” is in the form of a medical grant to be used for medical services not covered or not completely covered by health insurance, if the patient has it.
